All orders will be assessed a $4.00 Flat Fee Shipping Rate within the continental United States. All online payments are currently being processed through PayPal. We offer this method in order to allow our customers the most diverse options in payment processing. Through PayPal, we honor most major credit cards, bank debit cards, electronic checks or payment through a funded PayPal account.
For those wishing not to use the PayPal checkout, please call us at 334-393-2848 and we will be happy to process the following credit cards for you over the phone through our secure terminal. At this time we will honor Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
All items paid for by approved credit or debit card payments will be eligible for immediate processing for shipping. Item will be shipped within five (5) business days, depending on the item and when the item was purchased.
Items paid for by electronic check, through PayPal, will be shipped within five (5) buisness days of notification from PayPal that the payment item has cleared.
In the event any item or package's return to us as refused, unclaimed, incorrect address, undeliverable or due to an ordering error, the returned item or items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All returns or exchanges are subject to our pre-approval. To return or exchange an item you must contact us at 334-393-2848 or e-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it prior to returning the item to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returned item will be accepted without this number. No exceptions.
All returns or exchanges must be initiated within seven days of receipt of the item. All returned item shipping charges are the responsibility of the shipper and are not reimbursable under any circumstances.
